Return Policy

At Rosretty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns, refunds, and cancellations. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Rosretty products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once they have been opened or used. This includes all adult dolls and any products that come into direct contact with intimate areas.

2. Refund Policy for Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 Hours of Placing an Order
    If you change your mind or place the order by accident, please contact us within 24 hours. We would be happy to process a refund. However, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your total order amount. This fee is necessary to cover the costs charged by our payment processor, even when a transaction is canceled.

  • After 24 Hours
    Once the 24-hour window has passed, our factory begins production on your customized doll. If you decide to cancel the order at this stage, it will be subject to a 50% Seller’s Restocking Fee. This fee covers the cost of materials, design, mold preparation, processing, makeup, and other production-related expenses.

    A refund of the remaining amount, minus the Restocking Fee and any applicable fees, will be issued to the original payment method.

  • After the Order Has Shipped
    Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
  • Your order number and a description of the issue.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we will offer a replacement, partial refund, or other suitable solutions.

4. Customization Issues

If your customized doll does not match the specifications you ordered or if there is an error on our part, please contact us immediately. We will review your case and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or a refund, as applicable.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For defective or damaged products, Rosretty will cover the return shipping costs. For other issues, customers may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
