1. Free & Discreet Worldwide Shipping
We offer free and discreet worldwide shipping on all orders. However, due to import restrictions and local laws, we do not ship to the following destinations:

- Mexico
- Brazil
2. Ready-to-Ship In-Stock Dolls (3-10 Business Days Delivery)
We stock a selection of pre-made dolls in our global warehouses, which are ready to ship. These dolls have already been manufactured and are stored in our US and EU warehouses, so you won’t have to wait for production.
- For US Customers: Our dolls are pre-made and stored in our Los Angeles or Miami warehouses. After placing your order, your doll will be shipped, and you can expect delivery within 3-10 business days.
- For EU Customers: Dolls are pre-made and stored in our Germany, Spain, or Poland warehouses. Your doll will be shipped and delivered within 3-10 business days, depending on your location. No duty or tax fees will apply; we have already covered them.
3. Custom Sex Dolls
When you order a custom doll, the delivery time will depend on both the production time and the shipping method you choose.

The production time for custom dolls is approximately 2-7 business days, depending on the complexity of the customization.

4. Important Shipping Information
- PO Box Addresses: Due to the large size of our products, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a residential address when placing your order.
- APO (Army Post Office) Addresses: We cannot ship to APO (Army Post Office) addresses due to logistical restrictions. Please provide a residential address for your order.
5. Damaged Shipments
Although we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, long-distance transportation can sometimes lead to damage during transit. If you notice that your package is damaged or appears to have been tampered with upon arrival, please refuse to sign for it and notify us immediately.
If you do sign for a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase and will assist in processing any claims.
